Nature photographer Carol Wingert, just released her new book, Pennsylvania Edible Plants this past week. “You can learn 27 edible plants pretty quickly in the Pennsylvania edible plants book, because we picked the most common, interesting and easy to identify wild edible plants that you will find in Pennsylvania, and along most of Eastern United States”.
