Learn Pennsylvania Edible Plants

I love photographing nature and have released my book, Pennsylvania Edible Plants.

You can learn 27 edible plants pretty quickly in the Pennsylvania edible plants book, because I picked the most common, interesting and easy to identify wild edible plants that you will find in Pennsylvania, and along most of Eastern United States”.

I think it is more important that you learn just a few plants at a time, and actually eat them.  Most field guides have several hundred plants in them, and actually tend to confuse and overwhelm the reader.

“I kept the book short and simple, so that almost anyone can go out and find something wild and green to eat.”

The book can be purchased for only $13.00! A great size (5.5 x 8.5) to keep with you when you are hunting for those edible plants! Click here to order your book now!    Or visit Amazon.com and type in Carol Wingert!

Enjoy your exploration of the wonder world of  edible plants!!!

AJ’s Bug Book! Kids love it!

AJ's Bug BookA little boy opened the eyes of his Grandma to the wonders of insects and spiders while looking at nature photos.

While visiting me one day, my grandson AJ wanted to look at “Grandma’s photos”.

Instantly he LOVED looking at the Bugs – spiders, butterflies, caterpillars, etc.

And this gave birth to “AJ’s Bug Book”

AJ and I are sharing 31 of our favorite insect and spider photos with you and your children (and grandchildren) to enjoy.  All are in full color so you can see the amazing detail of these creatures!

We’ve even added a special bonus “critter” section that will soon be part of  AJ’s Critter Book!   We know you will love these cute little (and big) creatures too.

“The moment I started viewing the meditation an incredible relaxation came over me. The stunning pictures and beautiful music instantly put me at ease and helped me connect with spirit.

Carol is so gifted, and a true alchemist. Her pictures capture the true essence and beauty of Spirit as it expresses itself through nature.

I have been using this meditation for the past week to set the tone for my day and feel so relaxed and at peace. I look forward to it every morning.

A stunning work of art!”

Carol photographs God, and the divine beauty within all things. What’s more though, is that she does it in such a way that I get to experience the divinity that she sees in everyday things.”

So to that I say, “Thank You Carol, for your divinely inspired gift of photographing God!”

“I just got finished In-Joying the DVD “I Photograph God” Nature Meditation, and was struck by how all of my senses were stimulated–tickled, too!

I felt as though I could reach into the computer and Touch the beautiful plants, flowers and baby ducklings. I Felt as though I was SMELLING  the breezes upon the beautiful water photos. And could TASTE the tears of joy as I, too, could experience God/ess through your photographs.

Beautiful job, Carol! This is indeed a work of Inspired Beauty!”

I received these emails!

“Thank you so much Carol for putting this amazing DVD together!  I play it when I need to remind myself-that we are all part of that amazing energy- ‘Nature’.  I love the music that you chose to go along with your photos!  And those pictures!

As I watched it again (just now) I tried to decide which one was my ‘favorite’- The butterflies, the ‘little creatures’, the flowers, the duck family, the Day Lily, the waterfall, the sunsets…. ????

I just couldn’t choose a ‘favorite’. They are all so beautiful!

Please never stop ‘photographing God’!”

Love YOU-

Journaling!

Do you love to journal?  Record YOUR life?

Why not do it in Style?

Each of these journals not only has a beautiful photo on it, but each page has a “faded” photo of the front cover!   (most of my journals, like this one, have a “wrap around” cover – the photo covers both the front AND back!)

This photo was taken in the Southwestern PA mountains near Linn Run State Park.

The Beautiful sunset caught my eye, and I have to share this beauty with you!

Just imagine seeing this sunset every time you journal!  To order this journal, click here!

This journal has pretty HEMLOCK cones on the front cover, and each page inside!

Hemlock Cones are said to bring Good Fortune and Luck. We have lots of these little cones to spare, so CLICK HERE to order your Good Fortune Journal today!

I took this photo in our back yard after a recent snow storm. These little cones stood up against all sorts of wind, rain and snow. No wonder they are good luck! They can withstand many “misfortunes”.

Now for a really unique looking cover.
We have an Eqyptian Goose, who happened to spend about seven months with us at our local river park here in Connellsville, PA.

She let us feed her by hand, and we even got to pet her a few times!

We named her Fred (we didn’t realize he was a she until after the name “stuck” with her.)

She even let me close enough to get this gorgeous profile of her!

You can get her on this journal!
